I had an exceptionally positive experience working with Chanin Wisler over the course of the past several months! I was initially referred to Chanin by my realtor, whom I trust and who spoke very highly of Chanin. As a first-time home buyer, I was completely clueless (and anxious) about every aspect of the mortgage loan process. During our first few interactions, I was immediately struck by how communicative (and patient!) Chanin was-- it seemed like she was somehow always available to answer my (many, many) questions via text, E-mail, or phone. If I texted or E-mailed a question that required a longer explanation, Chanin almost always picked up the phone and called me back within minutes to discuss. Actual phone calls with a live person are rare in 2024, and that personal interaction really helped to put me at ease. I appreciated that Chanin walked me through everything step by step. As as result, I almost felt like I had taken a mortgage course by the end of the process, and nothing came as a shock at the closing table; I had seen and gone over the documents with Chanin in advance of having to actually sign them. While most people never even meet their lenders face-to-face, Chanin actually came to my closing, elected to sit through the entire signing process, and then gave me hug to congratulate me.
